How do I know I am getting a genuine software?

All software will come to you directly from the source. We won’t send you any third-party links for download. You will always be directed to the manufacturer of the product to download your product. This way, you will know that you are getting genuine software.

Is this a full version of the software?

Yes. All of our products are 100% full version. We do not sell subscription-type or trial software.

What is a digital download?

A digital download is an electronic version of your software product, giving you access to download and use your new software immediately. This means that a physical CD or DVD is not included in your purchase. The software install program is downloaded through cloud-based storage that is provided through Microsoft’s Servers.

Are digital downloads legal?

100%. Software manufacturers implemented digital downloads in order to lower the cost of their software for their customers. Today, almost all software manufacturers provide the option for digital downloads.

How can I be certain that my copy of the software is legitimate?

We encourage all our customers to register their email address with their specific Microsoft Office Product key via Microsoft online activation to ensure verification and tracking of their authentic software products.

Where can I find the serial number or license key I just purchased?

License keys/serial numbers are emailed out within 30 minutes of purchase during normal business hours (6:00 am - 5:00 pm Pacific Time). After hours licenses are emailed up to 2 hours after purchase before 8 pm Pacific Time. Remaining licenses will be emailed the following morning.  For orders placed on a weekend after 8:00 pm Pacific Time, licenses are filled the next day by noon. 

How do I download my program?

Download links are contained within the email containing the license from us.

How do I get help with my installation?

Typically we include installation instructions with any online/downloadable software license. If you are experiencing some trouble with a software product you purchased from us, you can call us or email us at support@unitedtechsoftware.com or use our live chat function on the website

I haven't received a receipt with my purchase and I cannot log in with my email what do I do?

Typically when this happens there is a typo in the email submitted at check out.  You can write support@unitedtechsoftware.com for assistance. 

I accidentally deleted the email with my download information how can I recover it?

You can email us at support@unitedtechsoftware.com with your order number and order email for us to resend the download information.

What is the return policy?

In the software business, once the software is activated, it can no longer be returned. We guarantee that your software is brand new and if you are experiencing any difficulties, we have live agents located within the US to help you resolve the issues. If for any reason we are unable to resolve the issue you are having with your order, we will give you a 100% refund on your purchase.

How do I receive my products?

In the process of ordering your product(s), you are asked for your email address where the product download instructions and activation key(s) may be sent. Once your order is placed, you will receive an email containing the activation key(s) and the complete download and install instructions.

How soon after placing my order will I receive my product(s)?

Products are always digitally delivered to the registered email account, immediately after the purchase is made. In addition, you may view your order(s) and product(s) by logging into your account on our website. In the unlikely event that you do not receive the product(s) after your order is placed, be sure to give us a call or chat with us or send us an email and we will see to it that you receive your product(s) right away.

Is there post-sale technical support?

Yes. You may always call, email or chat with us in regards to any issues you may be having with your order and its installation and activation processes. If you are experiencing a difficulty that is not within our expertise, we will make sure you are connected to a specialist from the manufacturer of the product to further assist you.

Do you sell multiple quantities?

Yes, we love all businesses no matter the size. We currently work with many small to large size companies and corporations within the US. If you are looking to buy a large quantity of any of the products, please let us know and, we will assign an account executive professional to assist you with your order.

How are you able to sell the software so cheap?

We work directly with our supplier to purchase large volumes to get the lowest rate possible. Because we save on costs, we want to ensure our valued customers save too. We also have minimal overheads such as no storefront operation costs.

Can I buy one licensed software and install it on multiple computers?

OEM and Retail Product software licenses are designed to install and activate on one computer only unless otherwise specified.

Do you supply in volume or bulk orders?

Large-volume purchases can be arranged by contacting us directly, via email, live chat, or phone. We’ll send you a comprehensive quotation with details of the product of your interest.

Where do the licenses come from?

The keys are issued directly from Microsoft and only after payment is processed and completed.

Is this a trial license or will the license expire?

No, this is not a trial license or temporary license key. All of our titles are full versions and come with a lifetime license key. The license key will never expire.

Is the license key legitimate?

All of our software titles are 100% Genuine and authentic and come directly from Microsoft.

Your license key will successfully pass any Microsoft validity test, as the key is issued directly from Microsoft.

Will the license allow for product updates?

Your license key will activate the title and register your copy with Microsoft which will allow you to receive all of the necessary and future Microsoft updates.

Will the license allow for tech support from Microsoft?

Yes, the license will allow for telephone tech support directly from Microsoft.

How can I be certain that my copy of Microsoft Office is legitimate?

Will you send me a copy of the software?

Since it is a digital download and the media is delivered electronically, we do not send you a CD or DVD disc.

You are able to burn the file to a DVD or USB drive which will allow you to keep that as a quick and accessible backup.

Does the download expire?

The download is not time-sensitive and will not expire on you. You can download the software and use the license key whenever you like.

What languages are your software supported with?

The standard language is English. (You can ask the Support team for other languages).

Are your software full versions and not upgrade versions? Do you sell upgrade software? Should I have a previous version of the product?

We are selling ONLY FULL versions- not upgrades. You don’t need to have any previous versions of the software. If you have any other versions already installed (previous ones or upgrades) you need to REMOVE them completely before you start installing our software (to avoid conflicts between different versions of the software).
